Getting started is simple. You can book and move in directly through our website, or contact us on 03 5973 4300 and we’ll send you a secure move-in link by email or SMS. Once payment is made and your ID is verified, you’ll receive your gate PIN and a site map showing your storage space. Just bring your own padlock and you’re ready to move in.
You cannot store flammable items, dangerous or hazardous goods, perishable items, stolen or illegal goods, or anything that may cause environmental harm. If you don't think you'd be able to take that item with you when travelling on a aircraft, it may not be safe to store. If in doubt, contact us about the item and we will be able to help. Sometimes the item is not immediately obvious that it would be considered a dangerous good like camp gear, but you may have propane cannisters for a camp cooktop.
We strongly recommend insuring your belongings while in storage as we believe if it's important enough to store, it's important enough to insure. Most insurers can extend cover to stored goods, often at no additional cost. Check with your insurance provider for details. Alternatively, we may be able to offer insurance through a 3rd party provider but it would be an additional cost.
Your storage space is secured with your own padlock, so only you have access. The Mornington facility is fully fenced and fitted with an electric security gate with PIN access. Motion sensors and monitored cameras operate across the site to provide additional security and peace of mind.
There is a one-month minimum charge, however you may store for as little as one day if required. We simply ask for 14 days’ notice when you plan to move out.
Payments are made in advance via automatic monthly debit from your credit card or bank account. Alternatively, payments can be made by bank transfer using our account details or via BPAY.
